We are in-network with many, but not all insurance plans. Prior to your initial visit, please do the following:

  • Contact your insurance company to verify that the provider you will be seeing is in network with them.

  • Provide accurate insurance information prior to the service.

  • Obtain any necessary referrals from your PCP if required by your insurance company prior to your initial appointment. If we do not receive confirmation that referral was approved, your appointment will be canceled until we receive it.

  • Inform us of any insurance coverage changes prior to the service. If you do not have your up-to-date insurance information, we will reschedule your appointment or classify your appointment as self-pay.

  • Payment is due at the time of service. If there is an outstanding balance, we kindly ask that it be settled before your next appointment. Thank you for your understanding.

  • We send appointment reminders 48 hours and 24 hours in advance. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let us know in a timely manner to avoid a fee. Any applicable fees must be paid before scheduling your next appointment. We appreciate your cooperation.

Insurance FAQ’s

  • The cost of your visit will depend on your specific insurance coverage. We only accept patients with insurance plans we work with.

  • For the most accurate estimate, we recommend contacting your insurance provider directly, as your cost will depend on your coverage. For some, it may only be a copay, but if you have an unmet deductible, it could be higher. Call the number on your insurance card and inquire about coverage for outpatient psychiatric services.

  • At this time, we primarily work with patients whose insurance we accept, but we also offer a self-pay option for those who prefer it.

  • Yes, we do! You can pay over time on a schedule that works for you. After receiving your first statement, feel free to reach out to ask about enrolling.

Understanding your coverage

We know dealing with insurance can be tricky, but we're here to guide you through it.

  • Some insurance plans include a deductible, which is the amount you need to pay out of pocket before your insurance begins covering costs. If you haven’t met your deductible yet, your visit may not be fully covered. To understand what your plan will cover, it’s best to contact your insurance provider directly using the number on your insurance card.

  • Currently, we do not accept Medicaid. For assistance in finding providers who do, we recommend visiting the Pennsylvania Medicaid website. Your primary care doctor may also be able to provide a referral.

  • Yes, we bill your insurance directly, and you won’t receive a statement until after they’ve processed the claim. The timeline for this depends on your insurer and may take a few weeks. For the most accurate estimate of your costs, we recommend reaching out to your insurance provider beforehand.
